Policies

• No Smoking, No Pets
• A two night deposit within five days of booking confirms the reservation
• Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival for low season, and 90 days prior for high season
• Departure cleaning fee charged for all reservations
• 5 night minimum stay (10 during holidays)
• Occupancy limited to a maximum of two people
• We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, and Zelle
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Cancellation

We hope you don’t have to cancel, but if you do…

• For a refund of your deposit, less one night administration fee, cancel 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival.
• If you cancel within 60 days of your scheduled arrival, all deposits will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
• We recommend travel insurance.

“This is our 3rd visit to Maui Kamaole and your A-105 condo is far and beyond the most luxurious condo yet. The personal touches and attention to detail in the furnishings and decor made it so comfortable we felt so at home. The sunset views from the lanai are so spectacular that we found ourselves at home most nights just enjoying them over a home cooked meal and a glass of wine.
